Selling my artwork has always been a dream of mine & it's honestly one that I never thought would ever come to fruition. Ever since I was little, I have been fascinated by the creativity & beauty that comes with art. I used to spend hours doodling & painting, & I knew even then that I wanted to make a career out of my passion - I asked for an art set for my 10th birthday. Over the years, I have worked hard to hone my skills with my painting, learning to use my iPad and developing my unique style. I love taking courses, attending college workshops, & have been working late into the evenings after the kids are in bed to create pieces that I am truly proud of. And now, I feel like I am ready to take the next step & begin selling my artwork. I am ready to put my watercolor whimsy out into the world in more ways than just on bonnets. I am over the moon with this next venture & truly hope that you, too, are excited about it.
With the rise of online marketplaces & social media, there are more opportunities than ever before to connect with potential buyers & share my work with you guys. With the flexibility & convenience of dropshipping, I can focus on creating my art while leaving the logistics to the experts. I am excited to see where this journey will take me, & I am grateful for the chance to pursue my passion.
So if you're unfamiliar with Print on Demand services, I will tell you how wonderful they can be for a small business like mine. Print on demand (POD) services offer a unique & convenient way for artists like me to create & sell custom products without the need for a physical storefront or inventory. We have a very small studio that houses our bonnet business & would never have been able to afford or store the products that would feature my artwork. But, with POD, you guys can order a product online, & our manufacturer will print the item only after you guys place your orders. This means that we don't have to invest in bulk inventory upfront, & that you guys get a customized product that is tailored to your preferences.
POD is also eco-friendly as they produce only what is needed, reducing waste & overproduction. With traditional printing methods, a significant amount of paper & ink are wasted on prints that are never sold or used. But when my artwork is printed on demand, our manufacturer only prints the products that you guys order, reducing the environmental impact of printing. Additionally, many POD services use eco-friendly materials such as organic cotton & recycled paper to create their products. I am thrilled to be using POD services because now as an artist I am able to pursue my passion while also contributing to a more sustainable future.
I love hearing from you guys & I love even more when you share your ideas with me. I love painting your suggestions & it means I get to make things that you guys want to buy! You can browse our Shop Curated collection below & see all that I have been creating!
