Shipping Policy

All bonnets are made to order with a 7–10 business day turnaround time. Exclusive print bonnets may take up to 3 weeks, as the fabric is professionally printed before production begins. Some bonnets are ready to ship (RTS), including one-of-a-kind creations and a limited selection of Pixie bonnets — these often ship much sooner.

If your order contains both a made-to-order bonnet and a ready-to-ship bonnet, all items will ship together once the entire order is complete.

Shipping Rates: All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges are based on weight and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free domestic shipping is available on orders over $100, free shipping to Canada on orders over $150, and free international shipping on orders over $200.

International Orders: International customers are responsible for any brokerage fees, tariffs, duties, taxes, or other charges incurred once a package reaches its destination country.

Order Tracking: When your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. For delivery updates or missing packages marked as delivered, I recommend contacting your local post office directly.

Lost Package or Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once a package has shipped, I am unable to control the delivery process and cannot be responsible for delays, delivery errors, lost packages, or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. All orders are shipped with insurance included. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out and I'll help guide you through the claims process.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges: I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible at orders@sweetasapril.com with your order number and a photo — I'll do my best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
