An unboxing, a paint-with-me, and a full-circle moment
This past week, I hit a huge milestone with the success of my Paint to Pixel course, and I wanted to celebrate the only way I truly know how, with new art supplies.
These Sui Gouache supplies have been sitting on my wishlist for months. I kept putting off buying them for myself, always finding a reason to wait. But hitting this milestone finally gave me the push (and the excuse) to say yes to something just for me.
There's something so fitting about celebrating a course rooted in painting and creativity by unboxing brand new painting supplies. It felt like the perfect way to come full circle, right back to the paint and paper that started this whole journey in the first place. Creativity feeding creativity, in the best way.
In the video, I unbox everything, swatch each color, and paint a full floral pattern alongside you from start to finish. Along the way, I show you exactly how that hand-painted design becomes a finished, polished pattern, using the very same skills taught inside Paint to Pixel. It's a peek at both my process and the course itself, all wrapped up in one cozy sit-down-and-paint session.
