The Storybook Collection: Why This One Is Different

I've been making bonnets for ten years. Ten years of fabric, thread, trim, and love poured into something I believed in even when the path wasn't clear. And in all of that time, I have never made anything quite like what I'm releasing tonight.
The Storybook Collection drops at 9 PM EST - and I want to tell you why it exists before you see it.
It started long before I knew it had started.
I've spent years being married to someone who loves children's book illustrations the way some people love fine art. I've spent years raising three wildly imaginative children who see magic in ordinary things. I didn't realize until recently how much of that world had quietly soaked into me - into the way I see color, whimsy, detail, and story.
This collection is the result of all of that living.
Every bonnet is one of a kind.
Not one-of-a-kind as a marketing phrase. Literally, truly, unrepeatable. Each bonnet in the Storybook Collection is listed individually on the website, in the size it comes in, because that's exactly what it is - a singular little work of art. Every stitch was placed with intention. Every detail was chosen with more love than I know how to measure.
These are not production pieces. They are hours of work. They are pieces I am genuinely proud of in a way that feels new, even after a decade.

They will go fast.
I want to be honest with you about that. This collection is very limited, and once a bonnet sells, it's gone. If yours sells before you get to it, please don't be heartbroken - because if the joy I felt making these is any indication, there are so many more coming that will feel just like this.
Tonight at 9 PM EST, the Storybook Collection goes live. I hope something in it feels like it was made for you - because in a way, it was.
love & bonnets,
Carrie
